Terms

Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Everfête, create an account, share a preview, purchase an Event Pass or order printed products. By doing so, you agree to them.

Effective August 23, 2026

The service

Everfête helps you create personalized, editable celebration stationery, preview it, export it for home or local printing, and order selected products for delivery. Features may evolve, and availability can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You may not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, probe or disrupt the platform, automate abusive requests, bypass purchase controls or generate hateful, harassing, deceptive or unlawful material.

Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of the event details, photos, notes and other material you provide. You give Everfête the limited permission needed to host, process and transform that material to operate the service. Only submit content you have the right to use. Our Privacy Policy explains the related data practices.

Generated designs and license

After purchasing an Event Pass, you may download, print and use the unlocked suite for the celebration associated with that purchase. You may not resell templates, source files or generated designs as standalone products, claim exclusivity in common design elements, or use the service to imitate another artist’s protected work.

Preview links

Preview links are capability links: anyone who receives one may be able to open it until it expires or is revoked. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for not posting a private link publicly. Guest-safe previews intentionally omit account controls, private notes and host answer data.

AI and print results

Generated wording can be incomplete or inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing names, dates, answers, addresses and other details before sharing or printing. Screen and print colors can vary by device, paper and printer. Printer listings are suggestions only; those providers are independent and are not affiliated with Everfête.

Professionally delivered printing

Printed products are personalized and fulfilled through Gelato and the production and delivery partners it selects. The checkout shows the selected pieces, quantities, product price, available delivery methods, estimated dates and applicable taxes before payment. A print checkout may also include the one-time Event Pass when that celebration is not yet unlocked.

You must review names, dates, content, size, quantity, delivery address and the final preview before paying. After successful payment, Everfête prepares the clean production files and submits the order for fulfillment. Production can begin quickly; delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. You are responsible for additional costs caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address unless applicable law provides otherwise.

UPS, Staples, FedEx and local-printer results are optional independent alternatives. They are not Everfête partners, and any purchase you make directly with them is governed by their own prices and terms.

Payments, refunds and access

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping and included items are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Refund Policy applies to Event Passes and printed products. A full Event Pass refund, charge reversal or payment dispute may revoke the corresponding download access. A refund of only the physical portion of a combined order does not normally revoke a retained Event Pass.

Suspension and responsibility

We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and Everfête is not responsible for indirect losses or costs beyond the amount paid for the affected product or order. Nothing here limits consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be limited.
