Your stories stay yours

We collect the account details you provide, such as your name and email address, plus the event details, story notes, design choices, edits, invitation images and other files needed to save and personalize your suites. We also record purchase, entitlement, order, delivery, tracking and support information when those features are used.

For professionally delivered printing, we collect the recipient name, email, phone number when supplied, delivery address, selected products and quantities, and the production files needed to fulfill the order. We also collect limited technical and security data, such as request logs, device/browser information and error details.

We use this information to authenticate you, create and store your designs, generate personalized wording, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, answer support requests and keep the service reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

When you create a preview link, anyone who has the link can view the guest-safe preview until it expires or you revoke it. Private couple notes, host answer data and account tools are excluded. Preview links normally expire after 30 days, but you should still share them only with people you trust.

Story details, creative instructions and an invitation image you choose to upload may be sent to the AI services available through our hosting platform to produce the content and visual direction you request. Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for the celebration. Review generated wording and artwork before sharing or printing it.

If you use address autocomplete or nearby-printer search, the address, place name or ZIP code you type is sent to Google Maps so it can return suggestions and place results. Google may also receive technical request information such as your IP address. You can enter a delivery address manually instead. Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe; Everfête does not receive or store your full card number. Lovable Cloud, Supabase and their infrastructure partners support hosting, authentication, databases, file storage and AI processing. For delivered printing, Gelato and the production and delivery partners it selects receive the print files and recipient information reasonably needed to make and deliver the order. Google Maps supports address and place suggestions. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We retain account and suite information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for purchase records, fulfillment, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Expired preview links stop working, and abandoned print proofs may be removed after the quote flow is left unfinished. Paid order records and production files may be retained longer when needed for delivery, reprints, refunds, charge disputes or legal compliance. We use access controls and account-scoped database rules, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You may edit your saved event details at any time. To request access, correction or deletion of account data, submit a request through the Support Center. Some purchase records may need to be retained where required by law.

This service is intended for adults planning events and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes; the effective date above will be revised when we do.
